The Nour al-Hikma Foundation was announced in the city of Erbil in 8/18/2007 by an elite group of experienced and specialized people under the name (al-Hikma Center for Teaching and Memorizing the Holy Qur’an). After conducting a number of exemplary activities, its name was changed to the Nour al-Hikma Foundation for Education and Culture.
